Excellent staff, inflexible systems.
The employees of this company dealing with customers are excellent. Umar Rulal, who managed my property, was outstanding and went above and beyond to sort things for me. He was always extremely polite, professional and efficient. I think, however, the company is geared more to big landlords and I found the systems used to be a little flexible and impersonal e.g the reporting system and no-reply emails. This will suit some, but was not ideal for me.
