I spoke to Jaydrin today about the missed direct debit payment set up last month. He explained to me what happened and suggested next steps, including offering to give me a call the following day to finalise the practice. I am only giving 4 stars because this could have been done in the first place, when I initially spoke to another customer service representative from Rebel Energy.
