Rude staff and refused to validate ticket.
I purchased a ticket for an event at Thekla nightclub from a re-seller. The ticket looked suspicious so I contacted the club, who asked me to check with their ticket distributor Alt Tickets (Alt tickets logo is printed on the ticket). Alt Tickets refused to help me in any way and their staff was particularly rude in the process of telling me. I'm going to avoid events when they guys are involved in the future!
