Great food, but confusing UI
I've had one delivery so far and it was delicious. As a vegetarian, it's nice to not feel like an after-thought like you do for some of the other meal prep companies which cater more to meat eaters. I really love what your company is doing here and I would love to stay as a regular subscriber. But, there do need to be some improvements in user experience when navigating the subscription. It's unclear which days meals will be delivered, and how to choose meals within an existing subscription without accidentally starting a new one. I ordered 7 chef choice meals thinking there would be no meal repeats since it seems 9 distinct meals are available each week, but I did have repeats. I think it just needs to be made much clearer on the website: you will have x,y,z meals delivered on DD/mm/YY, click here to swap meals in and out. Click here to skip this delivery etc. I tried messaging customer service, but no response.
