Very poor service
Very poor service, gave assurance after assurance that they could connect me and have a fast connection. Three months later gave up after all the missed appointments and lies and blaming other services. Used another company and fully connected in two weeks, after speeds and at a much better price. Shop around before you sign up (or attempt to). So to answer’Nibbles’: The grounds work was carried out AFTER the order was placed with the ISP, not before and they took the far simpler route that had been offered to you but rejected. I had to always chase you for updates only ever speaking to Daniel, but as a small business I believe there are not many employees. The pole owners confirmed by email that you had not been provided the correct certification to use the pole, this was after I called them to confirm the appointment YOU had made with me after and I quote you “we are now ready to install” as this was the third time of installation I double checked with the owners who said that the certificate had not been issued and would not be for that pole. When I called you back and presented you with this information you acted surprised and then blamed a lady at the fibre company not knowing what she was doing. More than happy to upload all the email traffic and phone calls to confirm. Let’s face it, on my install you were out of your depth. My new ISP rang me to arrange install, I explained all the previous issues, the fibre company sent out a an assessor to review, he went with my idea (the I had provided to you several times), works were completed a few days later, install date booked and all completed hassle free and as it turned out cheaper for an even faster speed.
