Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. An item that I ordered was delivered to an unrecognisable location. Lululemon unable to help. Said I have to wait 5 working days for any replacement/refund, as if I am responsible for the mistakes of their chosen carrier. Also, customer services just talk from a very repetitive script and are not at all helpful.
