##AVOID THIS FACTOR## Service from Inverness office is horrendous. So bad myself and a large group of owners in my area are seeking a new factor. Complaints submitted via correct process but we were fobbed off and issues were not addressed. Referred back to Inverness office where the problem lies. Complaints never addressed. Owners constantly chasing for updates as communication from Newton to the owners is non-existent. Could go on and on the service is so bad it beggars belief. Despite no. of calls, emails highlighting the many issues Newton just aren't interested. Newton are happy to take the money but not provide any sort of service. **Response** I did not say I had submitted a direct complaint. A fellow home owner did. It was passed to the Aberdeen office and the individual was referred back to Inverness office. The complaint was not resolved. I will now submit my own personal complaint and will advise the large group of nhappy home owners to do the same. This will highlight to you just how bad the service is. There are several blocks of flats in my area who haven't had an electricity charge on their factors bill for over a year. The only reason its being looked into now is because I raised the issue. Perfect example as to how Newton do not provide the service I am my fellow home owners pay for.
