Ive had a car loan with them since…
Ive had a car loan with them since January 25, as the payment date didn't coincide with my salary I contacted them and arranged to change date to the 1st of each month, since then despite 2 payments being made on the 1st I've received emails, texts and letters, today my credit score has dropped 41 points, this is a massive impact on my credit score which has always been good with no missed payments. Ive contacted them by phone 4 times in August to resolve, an official complaint has been raised, however, it takes them 8 weeks to resolve. I am absolutely furious that due to their error at how incompetent and unprofessional they are to sort their error out. At the start of the car loan I was not given the opportunity to chose a payment date, I've since found out that you can chose within 45 days of loan start. How can something as simple as moving a DD date cause me so much stress and have such an impact on my credit history. Avoid this company as their process and accountability require serious improvement. To date I am still waiting for them to resolve their error.
