Far ahead of the competition, Really was a pleasure to deal with all the team at Lextons while selling our flat, they approached things very positively despite not being an ideal time of year to sell. Took the time to understand what made our property attractive and generated lots of viewings in no time. In a very short time these viewings turned into a very good sale price. You only have to meet them, see the way they present themselves, their promotional material etc to see why they more than earn their fee. Added to this even after a sale was agreed they were always easy to get hold of and assist with speeding the process through to completion, a combination of hard work and expertise.
