Didn't receive my order for 8 days. Tracking said "there is a delay" and "we will let you know when it's on it's way". Nothing received. When I followed up, CS told me "package was lost or damaged during transit". I ordered 27 items! I was offered to either reorder or cancel and refund. When I tried to reorder I was told that 15 of the 27 items I had ordered were now out of stock. I then opted for refund. Because I ordered from overseas, I lost more than 300,000vnd on the exchange rate. This was after another balls up for my last PaH order - I did click and collect, and when I got home realised that 3 items were missing. Never again - I now order from The Range instead. Much better service and crucially, no mistakes.
