This is horrible company to rent from
This is horrible company to rent from. They never come and fix things. When I first moved into one of there properties I was having to stay in unlivable condition for 2 months, such as no hot water or heat in February. They only compensated me $50 on rent. The property’s yard was half clean and when I spoke with the landscapers who they had do the yard that stated this is all they asked for. What I mean by half clean is that I had a fallen tree in my yard that had covered up and over grew with vines and attracted snakes. I had in multiple work orders that were never completed. My ceiling was literally falling apart for 3 months and no one came to fix it. A contractor that came to fixture stated that the wiring was rigged and could possibly start a fire if not fixed properly. I have been sick during Covid and unavailable to pay rent so I was going to move the company told me they would give $700 of my almost $2000 deposit back if I moved in two week and cleaned everything out instead of a 30 day eviction. I moved in the two weeks with the expectation of check to help me and my daughter gets new more affordable place. They are now refusing to pay me because I forgot a broom and moving box. This is a horrible company to rent from and I DON’T recommend them at all. I have visited most of their properties in my area and they are all over priced with only minor cosmetic fixes.
