I wish I could give less than 1 star
I wish I could give less than 1 star. I ordered a box of 25 strawberries to be sent to a friend in Canada. This cost slightly over 100$ Canadian (about 87$ USD) and was set for 2 day shipping. She received a box of chocolate truffles instead. Customer service said basically "It was for the best the strawberries might have perished" and then didn't bother to answer my follow up email saying that fresh fruit and chocolate balls are not comparable items and my friend doesn't even like truffles. And an 87$ box of candy??? They never replied. 5 days later I msgd through the website again, they said they got the email but didn't reply because they'd already resolved things to the best of their ability. Which basically means nothing is resolved and they don't care and then gave me a link to a 3 page long shipping page. Somewhere down in the middle of it it says that if you order strawberries and choose a non-recommended shipping time they will send chocolates instead without notification. What??
