I had a wonderful customer service…
I had a wonderful customer service experience! My customer service agent, Turner Rollins, was awesome! I had multiple questions and he answered all of them! He never got impatient with me either. He was helpful and knowledgeable, too. On top of all this, he even came on the chat session quickly both times I needed to chat for help. That was very much appreciated, especially considering how any sort of customer support for some businesses takes a long time to help the person. Turner Rollins is also super friendly and even went out of his way to help me when I was confused about something-he offered to call me to explain what I was confused about! This is definitely one of the best customer support experiences I have had and Turner is one of the best customer service agents I have ever had, too! Thank you, Turner!
