30cm x 30cm glass picture. Bubble-wrapped, solid cardboard and bubble-wrapped a 2nd time. 'Fragile' tape used. Sent 1st Class Tracked Guaranteed next day delivery. Extortionate price. Arrived 2 days later and smashed. I couldn't have wrapped it better. Happy 90th, Dad. Fuming.
