Car with hiden defects
Hello I bought from your company the Skoda Octavia with registration number 7-TXJ-83, lot A1-27653-2 which after only 35 km from the takeover, after the technical inspection in Weeze, broke down. The car you sold has a fault in the gearbox, which represents a sale of a product with hidden defects. You never stated in the sales contract or in the offer on your website that this car had any fault. Also, the front right tire was damaged with a deep cut and I had to use the air compressor to get to a tire service to change the wheel. There, in that tire service, the car stopped and would not start again and successive ESP faults appeared on the dashboard display, and the gearbox remained locked in P and the lever could no longer be operated. The engine practically no longer communicates with the gearbox via the mechanic. The car was towed to Surgers Automobile in Kevelaer, Gewebering 2 where major defects were found, at this moment the car is parked there and immovable. At this moment my lawyer is preparing all possibilities to act against you, in case we do not manage to resolve this issue amicably.
