I am so very pleased with the incredibly well-worded demand letter. Worth the money to have the letter sent via fedex, too! I’m so glad I found this website. I have done everything I know to do to get my refund, including sending 3 letters of my own and leaving so many voice messages- beyond counting. So I am very appreciative of the assistance from peopleclerk and action regarding my letter. This is a fresh tactic and I'm very optimistic for a good outcome! And if the letter doesn’t bring results, I have the support of peopleclerk for further action in small claims court.
