Extremely Disappointed – Sent a Test Slot from the Past!
I am extremely disappointed with the service provided. I paid £19 expecting timely and valid test slot notifications within my preferred timeframe. Instead, I received an email offering a driving test slot on Saturday, 8 March 2025 at 6:00 AM — a date that is clearly in the past! This is completely unacceptable and shows a serious flaw in your system. I trusted your platform to deliver useful and accurate information, but instead, I feel like I’ve wasted both my time and money on a service that does not work as advertised. I am requesting an immediate refund of my payment and a clear explanation of how such an error was allowed to happen. I would also like to know what measures are being taken to prevent this from affecting other users. If I do not receive a response within 24 hours, I will have no choice but to escalate this issue further.
