I have been using SwitchboardFREE for the last 6 years, I have maintained a ‘local number’ for the area I work in albeit I moved the business to a different area code. I have recently made use of the additional services of having the ‘pocket receptionist’ pick up my overflow calls, this is extremely useful when I’m not able to answer my calls myself if I’m on the phone or out the office. If I need to speak to SwitchboardFREE I’ll either pick up the phone or use the live web chat which again works really well. The app is brilliant you can turn on and off different functions, more recently I like the automated service which recognises the caller and mentions them by name. In short really useful, good price, great app, no issues from me.
