The worst customer service call I had for a long time. The representative was rude and effectively lied that I didn't exist on the business account, just to finish the call. After I pressed more for info, she found my details and still couldn't figure out how to resolve the issue. 45min wasted. There are definitely better banks to choose from and would never advise anyone to go with Lloyds
