AVOID! Complaint on going for 6 months now. Still no closer to a resolution. Invoices incorrect every quarter. Electricity charges clearly incorrect. Paying for a service I simply don't receive. ##Response tells you all you need to know. They don't recognise a client who provides the information on the invoices THEY have sent out. Unbelievable!!## ##If that's the case why is it listed as my account number on my invoice dated 21/02/25?? The service is beyond shocking## ##The complaint has been with them since August 2024 with no resolution. I would advise you escalate the case to someone with the capability of actually resolving it rather than trying to look good on trustpilot! ##
