This is a late review as I've only just arrived back home. We broke down at Reading service station on 25th June at about 5.30. The administration of identifying us and sending out a repair man was seamless. I liked the way the AA promised an hour and a half but arrived in only 20 mins. Our repair guy was Aditya, a personable, efficient and calm young man who was patently an expert but wore his knowledge lightly. The fault was our battery no longer recharging and we were faced with a journey back to Dorset. Aditya had swiftly identified the fault and then presented a number of solutions. He didn't have the correct match battery on his van so phoned around his colleagues to see if they could help. Even though it was peoples' day off they were all positive and Aditya found a colleague who had a replacement. He then got us going, took the postcode of the relations we were eating with that evening, delivered the new battery after an hour's drive and fitted it with a smile and an obvious delight in being able to help. What a star. Thank you.
