First time I've had to use the AA,
First time I've had to use the AA,the experience was top notch. They attended my breakdown within an hour,the engineer that attended was all you could have hoped for. Friendly,polite and had a can do attitude from the moment he arrived. Found the problem very quickly,was unable to replace the part at the roadside but fabricated a repair which got me to a garage for a new part.He followed me to the garage to ensure I got there OK. The service provided fully met my hopes and expections which these days can be a rare commodity!!.

Camping Trip Saved
Will (William Tonkin) was truly my knight in shining armour today. Car all packed for a week's camping starting tomorrow, went to pop out this evening and the car wouldn't start. Will arrived 35 mins after I first logged the problem, he was polite, friendly and very reassuring. Fortunately he got the car going again, and (fingers crossed), the camping trip is not ruined. Thank you Will.

Non starting vehicle.
My breakdown experience provided by the AA was excellent in all areas. The initial telephone service was very good and I was kept up to date with the expected time of arrival of the patrolman, who was with me within the hour and explained precisely what the problem was with my vehicle and was able to start it for me in a very quick time. He was totally professional, polite with a great knowledge of my vehicle problem. Thank you John. Thank you AA.

Wayne has been brilliant in every way
Wayne has been brilliant in every way. He rang prior to arrival, diagnosed the fault. Wayne offered to source a new battery, collect and install whilst also giving me time to see if this was the best option. He took the old battery away, collected the new one and installed. Whilst doing all of this he has been friendly, professional and explained each step along with options available. I would like to thank Wayne for all his help today. This not only provided assurance but also meant there was no inconvenience.
