DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
One of the worst travel companies around. We made a slight error in the name on one of the tickets and gave one months notice on the error and asked for it be changed. We were assured this would be changed, and charged £100 for the change. I had to constantly email asking where the new tickets are and was assured that it was 'being processed' or 'being made our highest priority' or 'being marked urgent' or 'being taken to another department' (as if it takes much effort to change the name on a ticket). Finally, after very many emails across the month I was told 4 hours before the flight that they did not manage to process it. I did not ever receive the new tickets and my friend did not get on the flight - which cost him hundreds of pounds. On top of this, we paid for the additional service of online check-in and they simply did not provide it. When I emailed asking them about this they once again continually assured me I would be checked in, but once again they lied. Please do not bother with this company. Talking to them is like smashing your head into a brick wall... over and over again.
