Booked with direct transfers from home…
Booked with direct transfers from home to airport, paid for hotel night before we leave to accommodate early flight time and transfer. Two weeks before Titan changed to transfer to Manchester to fly to Heathrow changing a 3 hour trip to at least 7 hours going and then about 9 hours (as opposed to around 3 hours) on our return. Did this without asking. Refused to change. Shocking customer service. Elderly parent now has the added stress of waiting in airports, transferring between airports, catching additional flights with airport wait times. Titan not interested in meeting the initial plans they had made at all. Customer service reply to this review won’t do anything to make up for the stressful start and end to the holiday booked. Shame the customer doesn’t come first.
