Steer clear if you care about good customer service.

I ordered a jungle one scooter having already got one. Product is good. But customer service and care is very poor. I ordered scooter on a Sunday and on their website it said that if ordered on weekend it would be delivered on the Tuesday. I work so I wanted to be sure of this and rang them on the Monday to make sure, which I was told yes. So I took the day off work for it not to turn up which obviously made me angry because not only did they cost me a days wage for nothing but also time I could of spent with my misses and the uncertainty of not knowing what is going on. I had to mess around on ups trying to get it sent to a collection point which I had to do about 3 times over the next couple of days as it still seemed to have my address as shipping address. I had to mess about doing this because I couldn't waste another day off work not only because of wage but also because it would not look good to boss. I also sent an email of complaint because I was not happy and got absolutely no reply, not even a sorry! Before this experience I would of recommended and did a few times but now I will tell people off my experience and stress trying to actually get the scooter what I paid for! Get another brand from a supplier that actually cares about customer service.
