Absolutely appalling customer service
Absolutely appalling customer service. I bought 4 defective cans of sunscreen and despite 10 emails being sent and them asking me to send details, then photos and expiry dates etc, all of which I have done, they have gone silent and are refusing to now reply to any of my communications. I’ve been chasing them for nearly 2 months. I’m so angry. They owe me £27.80. Do not use this company if you want honest and decent customer service.
