Dear Karen, I am gradually settling in my new home and in many ways I cannot believe my previous house is no longer my home. I know already I feel happy in the flat and that it was a correct decision to move. But of course I feel this would not have happened if I had not had you and your Company to purchase the flat from and sell my home. Without exception, you and your staff have been fully supportive in both purchase and sale. Always there to answer / clarify any concerns I had throughout the process. I admit I found it difficult doing things on my own, and you eased the worries. Throughout the process I cannot commend and praise your Company highly enough. (Though I have no intentions of needing you again I feel I shall be contented to reside where I am for a long time!!) Please convey my sincere thanks to all your staff. With much appreciation.
