Poor service and communication
Placed an order 24 Jan 2025. Receievd email advising the store should have my watch by 5th Feb and dispatched straight to me. To this date still not received my order. Communication has been very poor. I have had to initiate all contact and the information being provided is inconsistent and any dates they provide come and pass still with no sign of my order. This is making me rethink and sourcing my watch locally or from another retailer Latest update 09/03/2024 - I have now cancelled my order. Not even an apology or interested in asking for any reason as to why. Just shows disinterested customer service. I have purchased the watch elsewhere and got a better deal. They have lost out in my custom and I would not recommend
