This is the 2nd time I've purchased a phone through phones direct (ao) There is better deals out there but since taking the gamble from a reputable recognised company, a couple of quid difference makes sense. It's so easy and effortless, also ½ the price of going direct to a network! Even after negotiating. I was with # now switched to ########.its absolutely seamless to do. Great experience from phones direct (AO)
