The slides I ordered were just barely too small. I reached out to customer service because I wasn’t sure if I should order a size larger or try another of the same size. Paul was good enough to send me another pair to try without obligation. They were perfect! I simply had to request a free return label for the originals and send them back. He made it seamless for me! I love my shoes and I’m a customer for life!
