If I could leave 0 stars I would! This company are RUDE and incompetent! They have taken over 5 month for a no-Chain, cash purchase. When you ask for any kind of update the response is “your case manager has over 100 emails, when they get to yours they will respond”. If you speak to Donna, be prepared to be verbally attacked. We have a newborn on the way and requested to pay to expedite the process. They said “there is no need as almost completed”. This was 2 months ago. Still no closer to completion and when we ask for information we get pushed further down the line it seems. PLEASE NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!
