This was the worst rental experiences we have ever had. With some TLC this could be a lovely rental, for us it was not, and not true to the photos and listing on line. The photos do not show the over growth in the front yard, broken tree branches , broken fence, dead hanging flower baskets in the yard, as well as broken tree branches. The vent in the down staris bath does not work properly, there is dirt/grim on the ac return vent in the living room, moldy/musty smell when the ac is on, dirt on the walls, loose faucet in the hall bath, broken towel rod as well. Broken blinds in the main stair well, hall bath. Area rug in the living room is stained, spiders on the first floor. Pool was cleaned Friday morning, a storm came through on Friday afternoon, down trees limbs, debris in the pool. Reached out to Turnkey, received multiple texts over 2 days with automated replies and apologies, and was told someone from the "home care team" would contact me no one did, multiple phone calls and photos to Turnkey as well, finally spoke to a supervisor. Pool was finally cleaned on Monday but unusable all weekend. The pool filter /skimmer was turned off, we were told water level was to low, if it was to low ( response from Turnkey) why wasn"t the pool filled up on Friday morning? The hose was right there in the pool. The water level was almost to the top of the skimmer. We have rented multiple homes without cages over the pool, and storms came through, the pool was cleaned the next day. Turnkey was made aware of this, I contacted the property manager right after the storm, regarding the pool and down branches, " reached out to pool vendor and landscape they are off for the evening due to lighting..." pool was not cleaned until Monday mid morning. With regard to the overall condition of the house, we did not want home repairs and major cleaning going on since we already rented the home and thought is was in the same/similar conditions as the photos on the site. With regard to Turnkey's response - they did not provide any clean-up after the storm, the year front and back were not cleaned up and it took 2 days to get the pool cleaned. Worst experience ever, I would recommend looking at other homes in the area and other hosting sites as well. Three positives: hardwood floors are nice, mattresses are comfortable, plenty of towels.
