I spent 298 euros on a keyboard on May 26th. Now it is the 23rd of June, and it is still on the way. I have contacted customer service, but they only reply to one email after a week. The customer service is a bad experience. I opened an investigation with UPS, but the status is only shared with the sender. The only thing I can do is wait. It ruins my mood every day. If you want bad customer service, you can buy a product from them. I want my money back!!!
