Horrible...
Horrible.... placed an online order for the cricut maker, on the 6th of May to be delivered by the 12th. Checked online to see that the order has already been processed and completed but when I check the FedEx shipping order, there is no update, as if they never received . I’ve tried calling and emailing customer service and have not gotten any response in the last week. As many have already stated, the support line goes straight to voicemail so there’s pretty much no way of talking to anyone about my order. This was first time ordering from them since they had a pretty good deal on the maker , but this will for sure be my last time ordering anything from them
