We got picked up by a Jucy shuttle straight from the airport and the lady that talked us through the paperwork to pick up the car was friendly and professional. We even got a full days refund for a short wait! The car was absolutely fine, reliable and had very handy features. Exactly what two backpackers like us needed, for a good price. You get a discount when you book a Jucy cruise at Milford Sound when showing your car keys. Drop off was quick and easy as well. My impression was that Jucy is managed by capable people and has enthusiastic and highly professional staff. Would hire with Jucy again anytime and can fully recommend!
