Awesome. Top Customer service and operational excellence. Used SF for many years (and for good reason). Most recent example: Katie Wordley (Swindon based, yet covers all our needs nationally) took a weekend call at 3.10pm on Saturday 10th May, answered in 5 seconds and arranged a courier within 5 minutes flat - for a destination 160 miles away from her (for a 35 mile journey Ormskirk to Manchester. Stock on site by 5pm same day. Kudos also to Aaron and Sophie for all the help on other time sensitive rush jobs!
