Delivery Not Even Attempted
An order was sent to me via a 24 hour tracked service on Friday 15th November (MZ256779830GB). Delivery was attempted on Saturday 16th November unsuccessfully; I wasn’t home at the time of the delivery so no issue there. Redelivery was meant to be attempted on Monday 18th November. I took the day off work specifically so I wouldn’t miss the re-delivery. I received a message saying re delivery was attempted but failed as the courier apparently couldn't access the building. I don’t know what they attempted but my buzzer is functional (I checked afterwards to be sure) and hasn’t rang once during the entire day. Delivery is now rescheduled for tomorrow, when I definitely won’t be in, and I don’t have the option to collect from the sorting office. A very very poor service.
