Disappointed
I would never go through My Cruises again. We were made to pay for the whole trip about 6 months before we went. Once they got our money staff were very unhelpful. I rang to find out if we need visas and the answer I got 'I cant tell you that, you will need to look that up yourself', they didn't tell us where our accommodation would be in Hawaii until approx 2 weeks before we commenced our trip, no transfers were included in the holiday which added another large expense onto it. There was no mention of resort fees which ended up being an extra $50 a day at the hotels. What sounded like a good value holiday ended up being very expensive.
