Unethical and deceptive business model
Ordered a yoga mat. Selected colour purple. As choices were available. Online order confirmed Email confirmation showed a totally diff colour. Chat bot allegedly passed on to human. Took too long. Kept offering other options. Avoided answering that they could supply colour ordered. Order cancelled. Their confirmation email of my cancellation, stated that they had cancelled the order due to not having stock. A very unethical business model and unreliable website.
