Stay away from this company
I am utterly appalled at the unprofessionalism of this company. We ordered a boiler service over two months ago. The scheduled appointment was for a month later. No one showed up. We called them on the day to see were they coming and were assured that they were. They did not. Got no call saying no one would be coming until after the window of their expected arrival expired. The soonest they could schedule the next appointment was for a month later. One month later the same again, no one showed up. Got no call at all this time. Called them to ask when they’d be coming and they said someone would call me back in a few minutes - no one ever did. The next day I got a call about the no show and customer service said the engineer claimed to have attempted to call to say they wouldn’t be coming. This was not true as we received no such call or missed call. We asked for our money back and we will be going elsewhere. Two months waiting for nothing. Shameful. Customer service staff were rude about it also. I can’t believe that a company of their size are so bad at simply scheduling an appointment and sticking to it. I will be advising colleagues, friends and family to go elsewhere for a boiler service.
