Awful customer service

Morally awful company with awful customer service. My father suffers from Alzheimer’s disease and unfortunately fell for this company’s cringy, personalised marketing emails that are out to catch vulnerable people and spent £186.97 in the process. When trying to return and refund the terrible products, I was asked for the order number - which doesn’t actually exist. The package didn’t come with any documentation and the confirmation emails contain no order numbers. Following several chasing emails this company stopped replying to me. Terrible customer service from a morally wrong company. The people behind this product would buy it themselves. (EDIT) - the company hasn't actually contacted me through trust pilot. They also haven't responded to a further chasing email I have sent them. The customer service of this terrible company fails to improve! (2nd Edit) The company has now issued a full refund whithout needing to return the products. I'm updating the review to 3 stars as a good gesture.
