Simple set up and cancellation
I made an account with them, and the very first day I found a much better deal with a different company. At the phone, the customer service was really friendly, cancelled the account within 5 minutes, and really gave a great impression. Also setting up the account in the first place was very simple, so overall, despite the short time together (a few hours), it was an extremely smooth ride! :D
