Renting a car in Sydney
The first car issued did not have all of the lights working, however they were quick to provide another car instead. I did not have issues with the car. I did have issues with my E-tag toll, which meant that I was charged for all toll charges WITH an extra $1.60/toll charge. It would have been fairer to collate the total and charge one administration fee (instead of several). I am frustrated that my e-tag didn't work, given it was on the dashboard! This was compounded byu the very confusing and badly organised Sydney Harbour Bridge/tunnel road signs. NSW/Sydney Government and Roads need reprimanding for that diabolical mess. It is awful as a tourist.
