Pure Electric Pro scooter
I bought a scooter 3rd generation pro model to commute to work everyday. It was a great investment and more ecological for the planet than using a car or waiting for a bus being always late. After about two months after my purchase my Pure scooter developed a problem and was switching itself off showing communication error due to the water damage. So it’s best to avoid very heavy rainy days for long distances riding. Anyway, Pure have one of the best customer services I ever experienced. Due to my problem they sent me a box for free to pack my Scooter and also a pick up with DPD to then test with one of their mechanic what was the problem . After few days they decided to give me a brand new model. It was a very straightforward experience, and great communication between emails. So here I am writing the review as they deliver a professional service I highly recommend. Thanks Pure ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.
