Don’t hold your breath for the certificate!
I completed my course in April. I enjoyed the course and my tutor was great. Feedback to assignments was prompt and thorough. However, the after support is lacking. I’m guessing they have been paid for my course so couldn’t give two hoots that after 6 months I still have not received my certificate. Currently emailing Jonny, who repeats himself to excuse learning curves responsibility but fails to follow through with what he says he’ll do. I have no idea of when my certificate will appear or why it has taken this long. I have previous done a similar course (not with the learning curve) and my certificate arrived promptly after my work had been assessed externally. In conclusion, I enjoyed the course content but without proof that I’ve completed it, feels like a waste of my time. In reply to learning curve’s reply: I am already exchanging emails with someone called Jonny at learning curve. His assured me certificate would take 6 months. His latest email says 6-12 months. Every time he says he will contact someone for an update but an update never materialises. I’ve given learning the opportunity to help. Thus this review. I just think people should know the truth before enrolling. Plus looking at the other reviews. I’m not the only one being let down.
