I’m a very low maintenance renter
I’m a very low maintenance renter. The worst part of Great Jones is that you can’t talk to anyone. Even Maintanance issues must be online and you don’t get immediate answers or responses, especially if it has to do with your most important function in an apartment which is air conditioning. I am all about technology but customer service is what drives a business.
