No data no bill
Joined Feb 25. Still not data being received on their system. Although available on other app (bright. Hugo etc). Phone them up and they say it is an internal issue and will pass to the technical team. But have heard nothing from them. Customer services suggest that I can either go on SVR or leave or wait it out. It seems there a quite a few people in the same situation and none of them as yet have been sorted. It would be great if they let us know what the problem is and if it will be ever sorted.
