No working guarantee, bad customer service, e-bike.

I bought 2 e-bikes from internet-bikes.com (Holland), stupidly thinking that all EU companies have a good guarantee policy. The first problem with one of the bikes appeared in a week after arrival, when contacting internet-bikes.com for advice and help the only reply was a copy from their site stating that the customer has to send them the faulty part on his own expense and they will send me a new one IF they think it is a guarantee problem. - Not so easy when the fault is somewhere in the electric system! Googling a lot I solved that problem my self in the end. After an other week the other e-bike died, got no reply at first from internet-bikes.com, and then got some stupid suggestions ( I'd already conducted all the tests I could think of and knew the fault to be either in the motor or controller) about the battery (-charge it,- is it connected) showing that the company knows nothing, or doesn't care, about e-bikes. After this I've had no reply. - Summary: I have an e-bike that doesn't work (Peugeot) after 2 weeks of use (now 3 months), no help from internet-bikes.com. You need to have your own e-bike expert and be prepared to pay for parts and delivery on your own even during the "guarantee-period" if you buy from this company. Peugeot & Bafang (the motor supplier) have not helped at all either.
