Kraken froze $6,800, I verified 4 times in 11 days, their agent hung up on me — screenshots attached
Kraken froze $6,800. No real explanation. I did everything they asked. Dec 18: Written statement. Still frozen. Dec 22: Liveness check. Still frozen. Dec 29: Zoom call. Their agent disconnected. Before the Zoom call, Kraken emailed me saying "you will NOT be required to share your screen in any way." Screenshot attached. On the call, their agent had no camera on. Connection kept cutting out. Then they demanded I log into my account. I did it anyway. Showed my face, my ID, logged in. Then their agent just ended the call. Not me. They hung up. Now they want another Zoom call to start over. Four verifications in eleven days. Their agent failed, not me. Their email contradicts what they actually required. I sent a Chapter 93A demand letter. Filed complaints with MA Attorney General and CFPB. Check my screenshots. Their own email proves they lied about call requirements. Ticket #19784597 Screenshot everything with Kraken.
