Save Yourself the Hassel ...
I ordered Christmas and organizing items from Joann just after Christmas. My orders were cancelled then I received notification that they were being sent, and again cancelled. The fact that they cannot manage their online inventory or to ensure that the advertised price is the same when it appears in your cart, is why I'm voting with my feet. With all the online competition, why would I continue to shop here? The prices are high, and the customer service is just not there. It's a disservice to your employees, when most of the problems encountered are because you cannot effectively run your e-commerce division. I still have about $400 in authorizations on my credit card for orders Joann cancelled. The three reindeer garland will be returned ... if I ever receive it.
